I was reading Instyle’s Prettiest Fall Finds Under $15 (and I’m sorry Instyle… but I’m LOL’ing that the price listed under your first pick is $16) and they had these listed:
Brash Lip Stains
And then $5… Payless.com
What? They sell makeup at Payless! Like these cute little lip stains? I definitely need to stop by and see what this is all about!
